New Balance（ニューバランス）と韓国発のライフスタイルブランド thisisneverthat（ディスイズネバーザット）は再び協業し、クラシックな New Balance 550 の新しい カラーウェイを発表。
世界の限定店舗で発売します。
このフットウェアのデザインは、90 年代のスケートシューズやハイキングシューズに使用されていた、テクスチャーのあるウォッシュドキャンバスと、ブラックのアウトソールを組み合わせたデザインからインスピレーションを受けており、ノスタルジックな雰囲気を持っています。
1989 年に発表された、衝撃吸収性とクッション性を特徴としたニューバランスのバスケットボール競技用シューズ PRIDE 650（ハイカット）・PRIDE 645（ミッドカット）・PRIDE 550（ローカット）。
その中から、ローカットモデルの バスケットボールな印象の 550 が 2020 年に初めて復刻され、大きな話題を呼びました。
本コラボレーションでは、アッパー 全体をキャンバス素材で仕上げ、thisisneverthat と New Balance のダブルネームタンラベルのほか、シューレースホール がハイキングシューズからインスパイアされたアイレットに置き換えられています。
さらに「N」ロゴにはひび割れた ヴィンテージ加工のレザーを使用しています。
